Large Victorian House with Extensive Grounds and Easy Access to Roundhay Park and Canal Gardens

Forest Hill is a large Victorian house, with additional purpose-built wings, set in extensive grounds in Roundhay, Leeds, within easy reach of the beautiful Roundhay Park and Canal Gardens. There is a parade of shops within easy walking distance, bus services into Leeds and reliable taxi firms nearby.

Over the years Forest Hill has developed into a complex of 30 self-contained, unfurnished flats. Some flats are designed for single occupancy and others for couples. All are heated and have a bathroom and kitchen.

Experience Comfort and Security, Unique and Relaxing Home for Seniors

Most have an entrance hall, living room and bedroom and each resident has their own keys to the flat and main entrance so that independence is maintained. A very comfortable lounge is the centre of many social activities.

The Independent Living Officer is available when needed to assist residents during the day. There is emergency cover at all other times.

A laundry with washers and dryers is available to residents Monday to Friday. Relatives and friends are welcome to visit any time and 2 ensuite guest rooms are available for a reasonable charge.

Forest Hill is run by a professional dedicated and caring staff who constantly strive to give residents peace of mind in a happy atmosphere.
